Located along the edge of Walkinstown park the project called for the demolition of an existing warehouse building and the construction of two blocks of accommodation one eight-storeys over basement, that addresses the park and one six-storeys high that fronts onto the road. The eight-storey block accommodates two levels of offices with six residential levels overhead. Four apartments are located per floor, a combination of two and three bedroom units. They are either double or triple aspect and all have deep, south facing terraces overlooking the park. The office building fronting to the road is lower and consists of open plan and cellular office space located around a central core. The elevation of both buildings consists of a glazed inner wall, expressed floor plates and a staggered pattern of satin anodised aluminium and glazed panels forming the outer screen to create both privacy and shading. The landscaping around the building is integrated with the park. /p>
