Located in Dunlaoghaire the project called for the demolition of an existing single storey warehouse building and its replacement by nine residential units. The units included six three-storey housing units and four apartments. Each housing unit consists of a large living, dining and kitchen space on the first floor, bedrooms on the second floor located over parking and services accommodation on the ground floor. A small courtyard garden in located to the rear of each house. The apartments sit over a parking level with a small retail element located at the junction with the neighbouring street.
